The EURIS Taskforce is delighted to announce two new additions to its rapidly growing membership. The British Compressed Air Society (BCAS) and the British Cables Association (BCA) have all joined EURIS in the last few weeks taking the total number of EURIS member associations to 13.

Steve Brambley, EURIS Vice-Chair said “The EURIS Taskforce continues its expansion of recent months. EURIS now represents sectors with a turnover of over £110 billion and covers sectors responsible for over 25% of total UK goods imports and exports. Our continued growth reflects both the importance and the impact of the work we are doing on Brexit for the industrial product supply industry”.

Vanda Jones, Executive Director of the British Compressed Air Society, said “As the UK’s only trade association for compressors, air treatment and vacuum products, it’s crucial for BCAS’ view to be heard in Brexit discussions that impact on the future of our industry. EURIS membership delivers this for us”.

Peter Smeeth, Secretary General of the British Cables Association, said: “As the trade association for UK cables and associated businesses we promote members’ interests throughout Europe and the rest of the world. It is our job to provide access to the very latest industry thinking on major policy issues, ensuring member companies are part of the conversation with Government and that Ministers understand what Brexit looks like for our industry. We look forward to working with EURIS as the country negotiates a new path with the EU.”
